Colin J Smith

Colin Smith is an experienced business consultant with 19 years in advising and corporate experience in the media, entertainment and sports sectors. Colin is Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Board of the global consulting firm LEK Consulting. He was the CEO of Wesgo (now ARN) Australia and New Zealand and was Executive Chairman of the Triple M Network on behalf of various banks in the early 1990's and has a broad experience in traditional and new media, telecommunications and media rights. Colin is also a Director of ASX listed Southern Cross Broadcasting Limited. He was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company in May 2007.
Tony McGinn
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director - mcm entertainment group ltd.
Tony McGinn founded mcm entertainment in 1983 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since that time. In his 24 years as principal, Tony has built up considerable experience in radio, television and new digital media production and syndication, event management, sponsorship, advertising and marketing, and building and operating multi platform media businesses. He has approximately 20 years international experience and industry knowledge and contacts within the entertainment, production, marketing and media industries. In the last few years, Tony has led the Company's expansion into the new digital media area, with a particular focus on developing and expanding the Company's advertiser funded content onto the online and mobile platforms.
Greg Smith
Non-Executive Director
The course of Greg's career spans every facet of radio business management, culminating in his appointment to the position of Group Program Director of the Austereo Group.
Under his direction, the Austereo Group achieved the unique position of having every single FM station in the Austereo Group at the number one position for the March 1992 radio survey.
In 1995, Greg established a successful radio & research consulting business, servicing radio stations around the world and designing research projects for two of Australia's free to air commercial television networks.
In 2007, he was inducted into the Commercial Radio Hall of Fame.
Vincent Donato
Non-Executive Director
Vincent Donato began his career in music and entertainment at Mushroom Records as an Accountant, a position that he held for 6 years. He subsequently joined Network Ten as Financial Controller - Production and later worked on multimedia projects with Film Victoria and the Multimedia 21 Fund. He later joined Crawford Productions as Financial Controller before joining Shock Records as Group Financial Controller, a position he held for 5 years before becoming Group Finance Director. He then formed Liberator Music. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Latrobe University and is a Fellow of CPA Australia. He was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company in May 2006.
